Weight Watchers

Weight Watchers is a diet program w hich combines weight loss and exercise ideas.
It is based on the system of flexipoints. All foods are awarded a number (or none) flexipoints according to their caloric value and fat percentage. As a dieter you are
allowed a certain amount of flexipoints intake per day (calculated according to your current weight).

With Weight Watchers you can basically still eat any food you like, as long as you don't exceed the number of flexipoints per week. Obviuosly foods with a high fat or caloric value will have a higher flexipoints value.

On top of this, at least a half hour of exercise per day is recommended.

You can follow this diet on your own, but can also join a Weight Watchers' group near you. The weekly meetings help to keep your motivation up!
